These Temtem are flamboyant creatures with a funky sense of humor and boundless love for pranks and practical jokes. Behind its tail, it has a brown shell with dark brown spiral markings and some green at the top. It has blue, tentacle-like arms with white undersides and suckers on the bottom. Down its body, it has six brownish, open-circle markings, in rows of two and on each side. It has fat pink lips, with four round white teeth and a red tongue inside its mouth. Its eyes appear to be permanently closed or squinted. It has leaves running down its back and on its cheeks, and two white horns, two antennae, and dark blue stripe patterns below the leaves on its cheeks. Babawa is a slug-like, blue and white patterned Temtem.
